"Lady In the Water" represents another collaboration between composer James Newton Howard and horror film director/writer M. Night Shyamalan. This summer, 2006, film tells the story of an apartment superintendent who finds a lady in the apartment pool. The "lady," however, is actually from "The Blue World," and has come with a message for mankind. Unlike many other of Howard's film work, the music from "Lady In the Water" was not nominated for any major awards.
