The Bridle Bash Foundation is a registered Canadian Charitable organisation. No taxes are included nor charged for the purchase of tickets. (A CHARITABLE TAX RECEIPT WILL BE ISSUED IN AN AMOUNT THAT THE GOVERNMENT DEEMS AS AN ADVANTAGE. WE ESTIMATE THIS AMOUNT TO BE BETWEEN $300.00 & $350.00 PER TICKET)

Alternatively, you have the opportunity of fundraising $1000.00 per ticket to gain admittance into Bridle Bash V. Go to our website at www.bridlebash.org and click on the FUNDRAISE FOR TICKETS BUTTON ON THE HOME PAGE.

Tickets will be couriered to the mailing address provided, along with our BBV Program “That Night in Toronto”, two weeks prior to the Bash. The address of the concert will be on the ticket – it will not be available on our website or any social media outlets.

Please Note:

The Toronto Police Department, the Organizers & Security at the Bridle Bash will be enforcing the following throughout the night:

LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT HOME and take a taxi or limo to the party. The Toronto Police Department has made it a priority to keep the street clear by towing vehicles - your vehicle will be towed 100%. Don’t gamble. You will lose!

Taxi companies and dispatchers are on notice for the event; taxis will be plentiful throughout the evening

Gate opens at 8pm Saturday August 3rd, 2013

Concert begins at 9:30pm

No Walk Ups - there are no ticket purchases at the gate

No admittance without presentation of an officially recognized BBV ticket

Present ticket at gate for authentic BBV wristband - wristband must be worn all night & visilble at all times, a No in & out Policy will be in effect

The property and surrounding area will be protected by uniformed Police officers & a professional security team; violent and/or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal by Police. Security will be monitoring every possible entry point of the property from the front gates to the sides and ravine entry points of the property.

Do not bring alcohol to the event; the Bride Bash V bars will be well stocked

Food will be plentiful as The Longo’s Diner will be grilling all night long – a huge thank you to our great friends at Longo’s for their longstanding support of Bridle Bash

BE SMART - DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! Since you have left your vehicle at home this won’t be a problem!

This year we are also launching our first ever Food Drive! Please bring a nonperishable and unopened food item to the concert - there will be drop off bins at the gate. Help support local food banks feed the hungry in your community!
