Biography
Boy group from the same high school as Rain and Se7en graduated from made their debut under the name of TOUCH.
TOUCH’s main vocal Junyong is already a famous figure in his high school, attracting hundreds of fans in front of their dorm and rehearsal room. Leader Hanjun was previously a part of JYP Entertainment’s “Superstar Survival” and is said to be exceptional in not only dancing and singing, but composing, writing, and playing instruments as well.
The rest of TOUCH is composed of ulzzang Younghoon, Minseok, a contestant of “Battle Shinhwa,” Sunwoong, nicknamed the “F4” of his hometown, and maknae Dabin for a total of seven members.
Producer extraordinaire Brave Brothers (Kang Dong Cheol) is the producer behind TOUCH with their debut song being “I / 난,” a highly addictive song much like his other hits for Son Dambi and U-KISS.
TOUCH has had many line up changes through the years. Dabin and Minseok left the group before they released their second album in 2011. Later, on the same year, the leader Hanjun left the group for a solo career and a new member Jaewook joined in.
But in April 2011 the fans of TOUCH got sad news again: two members, Younghun and Junyong were leaving the group.
After a year the company announced that the group was going to release a single with two new members: leader Chulmin and maknae Ganghyun. And again, after a year from the release of the single, Ganghyun left the group because of his studies.
Now, with 6 ex. members and only 2 from the original line up(Sungyong and Sunwoong), TOUCH consists of 5 members. Chulmin, Sungyong, Jaewook, Sunwoong and Sangwook.
They are promoting in Japan without the newest member Sangwook and released the first single START TO FLY there on the 4th of September 2013.
