Albatross is a song by Canadian rock band Big Wreck, and is the fourth and title track from the 2012 album Albatross.
Albatross was the first single to be released from the album, and would be released on November 21, 2011, just a few months before the album's full release (March 6, 2012). It would be followed up by two more singles, those being Wolves and A Million Days respectively.
Albatross would end up peaking at #1 on the Canadian Rock charts, #30 on the US Active Rock Billboard charts, #31 on the US Mainstream Rock Billboard charts, and at #71 on the Canadian Hot 100. The track would end up holding its #1 spot on the Canadian Rock charts for six weeks straight.
Albatross would also go on to win the CASBY award for "Favourite New Single" in 2012.
