In this very emotional song off "Recovery", Eminem describes overeating, daytime napping, pill-addiction, and sorrow at the loss of his child hood friend Proof, who was shot outside a club in April of 2006. He ends with a note of love and empathy for his ex-wife Kim.

The hook is a sample of Black Sabbath’s “Changes”, if anyone can empathize with Em’s struggles, it is surely the band’s lead singer Ozzy Osbourne, who has had his own cycles of relapse and recovery in his life both musically and personally.
