“Where Ya At” is the only song on Future’s album DS2 to feature another artist—at one point he had said there would be no features, but he had to make an exception for Drake. The song is an ode to Drake’s old motto no new friends.
The song serves as a defiant ode to people who try to come back and profit off of Drake and Future’s success after abandoning them during their struggles.
The music video features iconic rooftop dancing from Future and his close collaborators Metro Boomin and DJ Esco, the coolest DJ in the world.
