What brilliant guitar playing from Mr. Hackett! I love the lyrics to this one. It's social satire on how the general public is so apathetic to the troubles of peoples far away from them. Also, the follies of nostalgia and how it can cause us to romanticize terrible events from the past, a la the old man in this song reminiscing about how they had "real wars" back in his day.

One of my favorite Genesis pieces, I love Steve's classical guitar intro. Later Genesis is fine, but I feel they lost a lot of their magic when they went mainstream. This track has such beautifully melancholic atmosphere.

It's so utterly stupid that the other band members didn't appreciate Hackett's contributions more. This song is amazing.

I love all of Wind & Wuthering, but this may be the record's finest moment and one of Genesis' strongest compositions

One of Mr. Hackett's finest contributions to Genesis. A beautiful, atmospheric piece that really works well with Phil on vocals.
