The Music of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - In Four Contemporary Suites was released on November 2, 2018. It is the musical backdrop to the West End play.
Musical director Stephen Hodgett had been using Imogen's songs while working through the play's stage production and eventually enlisted her to arrange the entire production's musical track. Primarily using remixed and reimagined songs from her back catalog, Imogen created the four suites, which had to be meticulously timed to provide the actors with stage cues. She often sat in the audience seating, timing and composing as she watched rehearsals.
The result is a grand remixed retrospective of many of Imogen's songs mixed with new arrangements and compositions.
