Ivan Doroschuk is the lead singer and song writer of Men Without Hats, a popular 80s pop band with prominent syntesizer driven songs and most famous for their never fading hit The Safety Dance.
After MWOHs decline in the 90s, after six albums and a few more hits, though none as highly charted as The Safety Dance, Ivan turned Solo. In 2000 he released an album produced by brother and fellow hatless man Stefan Doroschuk, as simply Ivan and titled The Spell.
In 2003 Ivan returned to the MWOH moniker and the album "No Hats Beyond This Point", but without backing from a label and very limited sucess or attention, only marketed from the band website www.menwithouthats.com
