“Just recently, a fan wrote to me that when listening to my music she feels, ‘that everything is alright, that everything is okay’. To me this is so simple, so beautiful and so fitting. In fact, it is exactly this that I am transporting with my playing and my music – the space where you feel that everything is just alright. The music I play is saying to me all the time that everything is alright, and that my heart can relax, allowing me to feel safe. It took a while till I realized that the music I play for myself, which does good to me, is healing for others as well. This leaves me with a deep feeling of gratitude and also of humbleness.” -Parijat
