My favorite Propagandhi album. Retains the catchy skate punk sound of the first album, but adds some extra aggression and is more serious in tone.

Hands down one of my favorite punk albums of all time. The lyrics still stand as true today as they did 18 years ago. I love the raging guitar tone and killer drum sound. I wish they kept this studio sound on later albums, but oh well. For me 1) Less Talk More Rock 2) Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes 3) How To Clean Everything 4) Failed States 5) Potemkin City Limits 6) Supporting Caste. None the less, Propagandhi has evolved, and I love their sound now too. However, Less Talk, More Rock has a place as a special favorite for me.

So from most favorite to least favorite: 1. Failed States - perfection! 2. Less Talk, More Rock - classic punk record by Propgandhi 3. Supporting Caste - awesome, but not as much as Failed States. 4. Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes - I could only care about half of all the songs in that album, the rest aren't that great. 5. Potemkin City Limits - only three to four songs I wouldn't mind playing when it comes on shuffle. 6. How To Clean Everything - I'm sorry, I just couldn't get into it. Barely listenable, only a couple of the first half are somewhat decent.

The second half of HTCE was barely listenable, the first half was decent. This album - their last punk album before they went all thrash - was awesome from top to bottom. All songs are memorable enough and the lyrics are more well executed (as pointed out by Luminesc). But still, I prefer their later material, particularly Failed States. That is by far my most favorite album of theirs, followed by this album.
