How to Let Go is the second studio album by the Norwegian singer Sigrid, released 6 May 2022 on Island Records. The album is promoted by four singles; "Mirror", released on 26 May 2021, followed by "Burning Bridges" on 25 August 2021, "It Gets Dark" on 9 March 2022 and "Bad Life" released on 22 April 2022, with the latter single featuring English rock band Bring Me the Horizon.
It debuted at number one on the Norwegian albums chart, becoming her second number-one album in her native Norway, and in the United Kingdom, it became her highest-charting album there, debuting at number two, behind Arcade Fire's WE.
