Yeah I think I saw you queueing for crazy horse as well, but was not 100% sure. I really enjoyed festival, see quite a few bands at the front including The Magnetic Fields, last time I saw them in Barbican, I was really really back. How about you? Are you going to write a review somewhere:)

Hi, how are you doing? Long time no see. Are you going to the Jeff Mangum ATP? If so, see you there!

Yes, come, we shall need to increase your dosage of Lady Gaga to maintain a high level of regurgitated pop bioculture in your system.

yehh i saw the footage of UC gig in his documentary, those birdy projections killed me! It took him so long to come back uk again, he even toured so many countries in Asia(I'm from Taiwan btw, and yes...he toured Taiwan earlier this yr...) All these things happened while I was waiting here, how amazing!!!!!!;( And yes maybe see you in some gigs someday!

Hiya thax for the add&reply on twitter as well! Yeh Óli is truly the light of my life haha but shame that I didn't make it to the 08' Union Chapel gig(I didn't even know him at that time actually, that was my 3rd month in UK and I knew nothing about gigs..) Only saw him once when he came touring with Wayne McGregor's ballet in Oct last year, still haven't been to his solo gig till now...still waiting:$ At last, it is YOUR event list(no matter past or up-coming events)that is formidable, not mine XD and yes defo have to try visiting Flowerpot again before it closes down....(again i hate the landlord!!!!!)

yeah they've been talking about touring with one since 'classics' i think but cited exactly what you said as reasons against it. they've got more strings on lp4 now so it might happen and they did tour with a keyboardist in the past. then again they seem like such introverts, while would like the idea of it but not dealing with the responsibility touring with such a large group. long story is long.

i have heard grimes! haha probably got it from g vs. b as well. haven't played it enough but i like it so far. haven't got Woom but will make a point to listen to it if i can get/find it. do you know of 'seekae'? they are soooo good, if hip-hop + electronica is your deal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70YvlaFQoe8

i love the shots of them fidgeting in the sun and scratching themselves in the video. remixes vol.1 and 2 is where it's at, remix-wise! you probably have this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UI_8N7EAX4 yeah it was basically LP3 leftover music + evan's bird's flapping wings samples. still really want to see them again and mike's exaggerated back-breaking yoga stage moves. i like ratatat too much i think.

haha I just looked back through my old events on here & I discover I'm shocked it took us THIS long to actually properly meet. There were some really tiny audiences we've shared - The National at Fopp / Department of Eagles at the Borderline / DM Stith at Hoxton Hall... why did it take this long! lol

Haha, I probably am, 2007 was my best gigging year yet...I think I remember seeing you around a lot too but I always thought you were a music industry type or something! (I vaguely remember you always wearing a blazer with loads of buttons or something on it, is that right?) I absolutely loved the gig, Shugo is one of my all time favourites. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!

Possibly! hopefully I'll be at Josephine Foster, but hope isn't much to go on sometimes... it's been a few years since I've seen Mistys though it'd be weird without my group of friends who I used to go and see them with (there were like 7 of us, we'd dance like crazy - it was gig-going homage to the performers themselves!)... Ida is on here but never ever is on here - I don't think she even has a song scrobbed!

Haha, that's so funny that you'd call Berkeley awesome (even though I totally agree!) because someone from the UK was just telling me last weekend that he much preferred it because you're not really "free" in California. But yeah, Amoeba rocks!

Hello there! I thought she was just fabulous. I really did. I especially enjoyed that lobster story. I also forgot how wonderful the Luminaire was! You've got some pretty darn good gigs coming up it would seem. (PS I'm terribly jealous that you get to see St. Vincent this month.)
