We did make it to the Swell Season show- had to leave early (Saturday night and all) but what we saw was wonderful! I won tickets through KCRW. We're doing the Paste eMusic trial right now... I can see how this is addictive! Check out Katy Bowser, especially her song Turn the Other Cheek. I just downloaded it and I'm hooked.

Hey Mandy! I think you had the better OTR shows. They played great in SD but the crowd wasn't into it at all. Missed you this time around. Hope we can catch up soon. :) Thanks for adding me! -john

Good mornin'! I'm sure that I'm in the minority among Joseph Arthur's fans, but if I could only have one of his albums I'm pretty sure that I would have to take Vacancy. Too bad that it is so hard to come by anymore. All of his albums are great, but I think that I like that one the best.

Thanks for the add. I've been blessed to have seen OtR about six times now, a few times at the Cornerstone music festival and several Christmas shows in my hometown back in Michigan. Every time was magical. I also once saw Linford on his own reading some of his poems and playing the piano. I've been a big fan since early 1997.

I have a love-hate relationship with the City Of Angels. Mostly love, I guess. By the way, your 'Church In A Dive Bar' tag is brilliantly named! :) Needs more songs, eh? I was just recommended something Sam Phillips by a friend earlier today, too. Thanks for peeking in at my page. Always nice to run into another OTR fan. Saw them here @ San Diego last month. Did you catch 'em in Hollywood?
