Hey Henrietta! Hope you're well. 2014 was a great year for music. Blueneck's King Nine was my record of the year. A wonderful listen right the way through and no weak tracks. Check it out and let me know what you think. Also enjoyed records from the Dead Sea Apes, Teeth of the Sea, Anthroprophh (a truly crazy record) and of course Rave Tapes to name just a few. I saw Mogwai at the Royal Festival hall last Feb. It was a great show as always :)

Hey! I want to show you Alex Page and the first EP “Deviance Disorder”: https://www.facebook.com/project.alexpage "Alex Page started working on music in 2013. Their first EP Deviance Disorder was released on September 30th, 2014. Its main purpose is to show the existing deviance in our society to its own high standard and the subsequent acceptance of that fact, which should lead into an inner state of peace. The music can be described as alternative and electronic with diverse influences.” Likes, downloads, shares and opinions are always welcomed :)

Great to hear from you. It's all good at this end. I was 52 the other week. I still cherish the memory of the Mogs (does anyone call them that?) at EOTR. I also still can't stop playing their soundtrack to Les Revs. Top notch. Look forward to seeing you at a happening sometime soon and/or EOTR 14.

I have been since 97, first time I saw them they were supporting Orbital at the Colston Hall and they were awesome! Not for 3s was the first album of theirs I bought and Fer is my very favourite electronica track although Marry (off Spokes) would be close as well. Would be superb but unfortunately im stuck in the centre of the Cotswolds which is where I live. Pretty cool though that someone else knows who know they are other than me

All good here, hope you and A are well and not still snowed in. Shame you couldn't get to the Barbican, he's incredibly talented and very charming. We saw him last year at Hackney Empire on the same bill as Nils Frahm & A Winged Victory for the Sullen, which was an incredible and moving night. St John's is a lovely space - Mencap have been using it for a few years for their Little Noise Sessions and it seems to be being used more widely now.

Ooh, I'll look for updates soon then :) Oslo is much more of a "city" than Bergen when it comes to things happening. But in backwater, norwegian standards, Bergen is pretty good ;) And I love the feel, smell, people, most everything about Bergen more than Oslo, that helps as well. Haha, I do like your husband already, though! Sounds like a great guy according to tastes, I salute you both :D

Oh, Sufjan... One should think that he would appeal more to women. But like your husband, maybe, I put him above all else in music. Completely in love ;) You're so lucky to get to see Arnolds and Nosaj Thing soon though! I would do most anything to see the latter. I don't expect his visuals to be anything like in the music video for Eclipse/Blue. But if he catches just a fragment of that feel live, I think I'd be euphoric for weeks. I'm actually thinking of moving to Bergen this autumn, I love that city! And Blå is a great place. I haven't been there myself since Jamie Woon performed there a couple of years ago, but that one was flawless. We can be friends :) I am just seemingly harsh about it on my profile just to scare away the average, analphabet friends collectors ;)

Greetings Henri, Yes it's all getting very close now and I am feeling a keen sense of anticipation. I'll drop you a text once we're set up. I am pretty excited about the line up. Woods sound very good to my ears. Tindersticks's new LP is great as is Patti's. And Alt-J is fab too. I think it's a very promising line up. Bring it on. I hope to stumble about the Woodland Disco with you and A once again. Is Jon coming along too? How are you feeling about it?

Hi Henri, I'm not yet on Grooveshark, I prefer downloading music so that I have it on my player, but thanks for suggestion, I'll take a look once I have time (sorry for taking long time to reply, have had no spare time recently). How are things going? Any interesting gigs in London soon?
