Hey Jonzo67. Are you new to Trance or have you been listening for a while? Try Solarstone & Giuseppe Ottaviani - Pure Trance Vol. 2 or listen to some of the recent Radioshows like Armin's ASOT or A&B's Group Therapy for what's current or for some classics - http://www.trancefixxed.co.uk/review/classic-1999-trance/

Haha, yeah there's some good ones there. The Magnum bar was a particular highlight. I've seen some people say Lunar C might have bought some of his views but he seems to have some buzz around his album too. What you think?

That is a bit of a shame but I guess everyone moves on. Yeah that's me, I've accepted now. I think they or at least someone is doing touring battles as I'm from Perth but there was some Battle night going on like a month ago. I guess battling is only going to prosper further the more it embraces comedy though, laughing is universal - guns aren't haha.

You seem to be doing alright anyway, quite a lot of followers on your 'contently' page. I don't think I know anything about the newer Scottish Hip-Hop at all now. Has it picked up a bit too, like Don't Flop etc.? I'm sure I saw Bigg Taj outside the Doghouse, in Dundee, when a Hip-Hop collective gig thing was going on one night when I was randomly walking past so they seem to being alright for themselves. I've just followed you on Twitter.

Yeah, I follow Don't Flop. It's good to see Eurgh carrying it on. I watched it for about a year when it first started then kind of left it for 2-3 years or whatever and fell back in love with it but now the viewers they get is staggering, it's good to see really. Ah, I hadn't heard about that blog before to be honest, I was really into Hip-Hop back in 2005 to like 2008 then I just came across albums from people like Loki, All Time High and Eastborn besides BA's battling. Do you write for anything else?

What is SSU? I don't really hear about too much covering Scottish Hip-Hop to be honest. I used to watch Jumpoff back in the day but it was only really Respek BA, not heard much from those guys all the "BEING MCs" for a good while.

Haha, don't think so. I don't listen to much Scottish Hip-Hop these days, I'll never stop loving Reuben though.

Well thank you very much. Never really managed to get over Reuben, which is no bad thing. You should also probably be congratulated on having excellent taste. Good work!

Go see them! They're so badass live and the new songs so far from their debut are hinting that the album will be at least top 3 this year for me personally. You should definitely stick it on ASAP, it is even better than the first one I feel however the best song is the one they released first, but I feel that is on par with the best of Oceansize. Music coming second to life definitely does suck, unfortunately this is what post-A level seems to do to people. Summer has basically been me catching up on what I've missed. It doesn't help that I can't seem to tear myself away from Elliott Smith.

Damn, beaten too it! It is definitely worth some listens, so much fun. Reminds me of a more shouty Tall Ships. You heard the new British Theatre EP yet?

Ah, that's not so bad then, really enjoyed Animals. I think they had a new singer on their last EP too, the two track one which was released last year. New album should be awesome.

No worries mate. By the way, out of curiosity, do you know what the situation is with This Town Needs Guns, I heard they split, but couldn't get it confirmed.

Nas is the king, you hear his last album with Damian Marley? Aye, you'd perhaps like Atmosphere then if you've not heard of them before, their album 'Sevens Travels' is pretty awesome.

Yup, they were good whilst they lasted. Aye, you big on hip-hop? I see you listen to Nas quite a fair bit.

Yeah, I don't even know what you get from it. I mean like, whoop de fucking doo, you have 20k Katy Perry plays from listening to 30 second loops, what is even the point? I only asked one person and she kept making up this bollocks about them being demo songs but I could see they were over 3 minutes on her library then she blocked me lol. Some people are retarded. I'll listen to that song now, I don't remember songs from that far back lmao, except Steps and Spice girls... But let's not talk about those.

What band was on 3k plays? Even though Ke$ha is so autotunage, the lyrics are just too good to not listen. ;D Her concert was full of little fangirl bitches pushing to the front though. >.> Lights ain't nothing like her if you're worried about that lol. I don't know what hellogoodbye you're on about, but I'll yt it in a sec. And if I get a new favourite song, I always listen to it on loop until it wears off a little bit then I normally listen to it in like a playlist of ~10 songs, maybe I'm weird like that. But Siberia/Peace Sign was on like a 3 song playlist for .. must of been few weeks or something, with Ke$ha - Bad Dream. Was proper addicted. xD After my first few most played artists the play counts drop way down though. (All the plays are legit though, I don't get why so many people on here listen to 30 seconds of songs on loop for fake playcounts. >.> Whackjobs.)

I don't think Ke$ha would be your type of music then lol. Autotunage~ But I still <3 Ke$ha. Only got one Nicki Minge song cause it's catchy even though the lyrics are proper shite. If you was going to check out Lights, you should listen to both her albums then! She is amazing, she's never been played on radio in our shit country but I think maybe few songs in Canada/n-w USA. I'm so glad I saw her live, I didn't think she'd ever come UK and I nearly died when I saw on her fb. When Siberia album came out I was like epicly obsessed with Siberia/Peace Sign that's why they have such high playcounts. And the Listening track was the first song of hers I ever heard and I listened to it so much back then. I remember first day after adding it I listened to it for 8 hours flat out loop at work lmao. Let me know what you think for sure.

Hah, I guess not. Considering we have 1 artist in common and my music is probably like epicly popfag? I saw Spice Girls like 10 years ago lololol I am so pro, same with Steps, and I saw them again the other week. (I didn't buy the tickets, got dragged along, you know...) Other than those, only tickets I bought was Ke$ha (Natalia Kills & LMFAO support) and Lights (Absolutely amazing, I would totally marry her. I think support was called Nightbox or something don't even know) You should check out Lights - Siberia, it's not exactly pop music, so you might like it.

Oh, you're hot. ;) I can't say there's a Beyonce song I like, but it's not like I've listened to her album or anything so I don't know, maybe she does have some good ones. I've only been to like... 5 concerts. :< But a few support acts with those as well so probably seen like 11 live acts I guess. - What was wrong with the music when you was 15? Surely it didn't change from like Spice Girls to what you have now haha.
