Same way I always do, friend. Crying into the void, crawling around in the dirt like the worm I was always destined to be.

Thanks! Many years of obsession will do that... usually it's THE ARGUMENT as my go-to, but lately it's IN ON THE KILL TAKER.

I've listened to 17 hours worth of "This Charming Man," which is impressive considering it's a 2:45 song. Ha ha

ahh yes of course! I have seen Instrument twice now, my attention span for it is quite incredible given that it's just a bunch of home videos strung together, but they are one of my favourite bands ever so I find all of their videos quite fascinating :3 my favourite probably this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgI1OPcJxG8 it's the performance that got me into them in the first place, his energy and passion is just incredible!

If you hover near your playcounts, it tells you what you average a day. You average 93. 93 plays a day. Deeyum, bruh!

:) Thanks! Greatly appreciate that. Can you recommend me your favorite albums by any of these artists: Low, Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon, and Bonnie 'Prince" Billy? I have albums by all of them, but I really want to get into their discographies more.

I know, right? I'll be 23 in May. I'm doing fine, though. I graduated college in December, so everything is crazy.

Do you find that with the new scrobbler, about 80-90% of plays from iPods just aren't counted?

Cheers brother! I haven't met many Make Up fans in this life, which is a darn shame. I only recently discovered punk music, and they are one of the freshest bands I've found so far :o) Ian is probably my favourite vocalist ever. I also love your library, will have to dig through it sometime!

Hahaha. I have been definitely getting into more lo-fi/slower music lately. I think Pavement and Grandaddy brought me to it and I warmed up to the style. Well. Recently I have been absolutely obsessed over Future Islands, the lead singer's voice is absolutely incredible. It's more electronic though, and I don't know if you're into that. If you want to listen to them, check out "The Great Fire", "Before The Bridge", and "Tin Man". I also LOVEEEE Art Lord and The Self-Portraits, which is the precursor to Future Islands. It's much more distorted/lo-fi and ooooohhh it's great. Listen to "Little Line Drawing". DO IT. I want you to like Dan Deacon as well, but I definitely think you won't. Even though he is my god. -Honorable mention: Teenage Fanclub, Menomena's new album (Moms), Titus Andronicus' new album (Local Business). Yeeeuh.
